A four-year engagement to replace the manual workflow a 27-person ops team depended on. Now the system of record for every medical plan the company manages, with a full migration off Google Sheets completed in 2025.
AI Claims Copilot
Originated the concept, defended it through rejection, and drove it into active development when the organization arrived at the same problem independently. Pilot in progress, covering 77,000 claims per month.
Claims Operations Hub
Asked to design a point solution for one claims workflow. Proposed a systemic operations capability instead. Three separate teams independently validated the concept in the same presentation session.
